Echoir (echoir.xyz) is an AI-powered divination experience platform operated by an independent developer, offering Tarot readings, Bazi chart analysis, an Oracle Book, and other AI-driven interactive content.

The heart of our service is using AI to offer you a perspective on things — not a certain prediction of the future. All readings are AI-generated and intended for entertainment and self-reflection only.

This service is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, please do not register or use this service.

We don't store your readings. Whether you're using Tarot, Bazi, or any other feature, your inputs and AI outputs exist only during the reading and are discarded immediately — nothing is written to a database, no history is kept. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can try the service without registering: every day you get 1 free Tarot draw, 1 free Bazi reading, 3 free YUAN cards, and unlimited Oracle Book.

Creating an account gives you 10 free credits, which you can spend on additional readings. Credit costs: Tarot single card 2, three-card spread 6, Bazi 6, YUAN Probe 1/card, YUAN Weave 3/cards, Oracle Book 0 (always free). Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.

You can also top up credits using a redemption code. Codes are single-use — keep them safe.

We offer credit top-up packages — see the Pricing page for details. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider; credits arrive instantly after a successful payment.

If your payment succeeds but credits don't appear, contact [email protected] with your payment receipt and we'll verify and add the credits.

Credits are a virtual digital good — once delivered to your account, the service is considered provided.

Purchased credits are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

• If a system error causes duplicate credit deductions, we'll refund the affected credits after verification.
• If a payment-provider error causes duplicate charges, we'll refund the equivalent value of the unused portion after verification.
• Unused purchased credits remaining before an account ban may be refunded proportionally on request.
• If a user under 18 has made a payment, contact [email protected] for a full refund after verification.

To request a refund or report a credit issue, contact [email protected] within 7 days with supporting evidence.

By using this service, you agree:

• Not to use this service for any illegal activity.
• Not to submit content involving self-harm, violence, or crime. If you're experiencing a mental-health crisis, please reach out to a crisis line in your region.
• Not to circumvent usage limits through technical means, maliciously consume system resources, or attack our servers.
• Not to create accounts in bulk to farm free credits.

Violating these rules gives us the right to restrict or terminate your account, without refunding remaining credits.

AI reading content on this platform is generated in real time. You don't hold exclusive copyright over individual readings, but you're free to share and quote them. The platform name, brand marks, page design, and original copywriting belong to the platform operator.

Tarot card images use public-domain Rider-Waite artwork. Classical poetry in the Oracle Book is drawn from public-domain literature.

The "YUAN" divination system (including the 102-card text, the Echo/Silence/Surge/Reverse state system, the Probe/Weave/Trace spread structures, and special-card mechanics) and the "Cosmos" worldview (including all narrative settings, characters, species, and events) are original works of this platform with full copyright. They may not be copied, adapted, translated, redistributed, or used to train AI models without written authorization.

This service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are AI-generated and do not constitute predictions of the future or medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should not make major life decisions based on reading results. The platform operator bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from reliance on divination results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service.

The platform operator's total liability is limited to the amount of credits you actually paid for.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be prominently noted on the platform, and the updated date will change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
